1 Apr 26	Online registration opens 1 Apr 26, printable registration available
1 Jun 26	Online payments are now being accepted through September 30, 2026. No processing fees apply when paying online.
15 Jul 26	Returning vendors who submit their registration and payment by this date will receive priority consideration for their previous booth location or the closest available space. New vendor registrations will be assigned booth space based on availability. Booth assignment notifications will be sent to all vendors on or shortly after July 15, 2026.

New craft vendors need to submit descriptions and photos of products being sold to either the mailing address above or email address.

New food vendors need to submit a copy of the menu they will sell.
